The Bristol Auto club was founded in 1975 with the premise of educating & serving the general public in the area of our automotive heritage.

For the first thirteen years, the club was limited to a single car show & two dances annually. Starting in 1989, the club has grown significantly!

We currently hold Saturday Night Cruises, various shows in the community, plus many other charity functions.

The Bristol Auto Club is proud to add significant value to it's local community by providing entertainment at no charge which brings many spectators to view an ever changing assortment of automobiles from almost every era.

The members and officers of the club wish to thank the people of the community and all of the sponsors who help make this possible. Without your generosity we would not be able to put on a show every week.

It is with great sadness that we report our long-standing President and friend, Harvey Wilson passed on in 2007.

Harvey was a tremendous asset not only to The Bristol Auto Club, but to the Greater Bristol Community as well. The many people who have come to our auto shows, street festivals and cruise nights will remember Harvey for his enthusiasm and friendly demeanor. Harvey was always making sure everyone had a great time, especially the children, entertaining them with hula-hoop contests and other games over the years. Harvey had an unrelenting devotion to the Auto Club and he was an inspiration to those of us who knew him closely, he will be sorely missed.
